Description

Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with the repairs to the standing-seam roof, attic ventilation, pool ceiling, ventilation grills, and attic insulation/waterproofing on Mcgrath Gym, Fort Drum in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Construction". This will be a HUBZone Set-Aside issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1305, HUBZone set-aside procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 235610 and Small Business Size Standard of $11,500,000 apply. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about July 13, 2001. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 15 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum's Web Page. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidder's Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. The entire bid package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page, no hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to bid are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to any amendments may render the bid to be considered as non-responsive and thereby rejected. The bids must be supplied in hard copy form to the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY. No electronic bids will be accepted.
