Description

PURCHASE CRAFTS AND EDUCATION MATERIAL FOR THE SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM. -- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is F1361411420300, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339932 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. 0001:The procurement is to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and transportation necessary to provide toys and games for the School Age Program at Scott AFB IL in accordance with the uploaded list. Inspection and acceptance will be at Bldg 4780 on Scott AFB IL; estimated date of delivery is 01 August 2001. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr2000.com). Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies. Award of this acquisition will be based on Best Value to the Government and the evaluation criteria will be based on the capability of the contractor to provide the requirement and price. Award will be made on an "All or None" basis. Equal items will be evaluated also. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items are incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference.
