Description

This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, and 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the proposal and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and is issued for Request for Quotation #RFQ 549-150-01. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $18M. Award will be made based on price, delivery, and technical capabilities. The required delivery date is 30 days after award for equipment. Item is for a brand name or equal "Powerscribe Software" solution. Acquisition requirements are for a voice recognition dictation system for 15 work stations; which includes licenses for 15 dictation workstations, licenses for 2 transcription workstations, 1 each primary administrative workstation license, 1 each recognition/training processor, 1 each telephone access (includes 4 ports) 1 interface, 18 sound cards, 2 transcription headset and foot pedals and 16 Powerscanner hand held microphones. Requires complete software implementation management (Interface installation), to include training for system administrators, radiologist/dictator, and transcriptionist. One-year maintenance is preferred. FOB point is destination.
