Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground, (USAYPG), Arizona, in accordance with DoD Instruction 5535.8 and Title 15 USC 3715 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with The Federal Technology Center,4700 Roseville Road, Suite 105, North Highlands, California 95660-9998, a non-profit consulting organization, partnership intermediary services. This action will be initiated under Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA)DAAD01-01-G-0007. The required project will be to develop an intellectual property and technology training program, implement training, develop a technology content web page for the USAYPG Technology Transfer Program and provide various technology support for the Office of Research and Technology Application. Sources interested in this requirement may submit an information package that includes documentation that they are a non-profit organization and otherwise authorized under the above DoD Instruction and USC title to perform the required services. It is anticipated that a fixed price one year contract will be awarded for this requirement. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541613. See Note 22.
