The Final Decision for this competition was announced on May 24, 2001. The Final Decision is to retain in-house the various base operations and support functions at MCLB Barstow. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. Accordingly, this solicitation is hereby cancelled.
