Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Requests Expressions of Interest Requirement: The General Services Administration is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 16,800 rentable square feet of contiguous office space. Space is required above the street level. Rentable space must yield 14,600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Vine Street from 20th Street to Broad Street; Arch Street from Broad Street to 2nd Street South: Walnut Street East: 2nd Street West: 20th Street Lease term 10 years. The Government will have termination rights during years 6-10 Owners and Submissions by other than the owner of a property Authorized must be accompanied by a letter from the owner Agents: granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
