Description

This notice is a modified re-issuance of the May 18, 2000 notice for solicitation no. R1-12-00-014. This project now consists of constructing, transporting, and installing 7 stream crossing structures; one bridge, one overflow structure and 5 pipe arches. Additional work at each crossing will include removing and disposing of the existing culvert, providing and installing riprap, constructing the roadway approaches to the new crossings and constructing short sections of stream channel to match the existing stream to the new crossings. At one site a fish barrier shall be constructed and installed. The overflow structure shall be built at an existing culvert. Other work includes reconditioning a portion of the Avalanche Gulch Road and furnishing, hauling, placing, and compacting aggregate surfacing on approximately one mile of the road. Estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project is located in Broadwater County, Montana. The NAICS Code for this project is 234990. This project is a sealed bid. Bids are due at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 27, 2001. Estimated time for completion is 70 calendar days. A prebid tour is scheduled on August 16, 2001 at 10:00 am.
