Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the demolition and removal of existing construction, and additions and renovations to complete the addition and renovation of the Spinal Cord Injury Unit, Downtown Division, VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, in accordance with all drawings and specifications. The work shall include general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work necessary to complete the addition and renovation of the Spinal Cord Injury Unit as required by drawings and specifications. Applicable NAICS code is 233320. Cost range is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bidding materials consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by prime contractors interested in submitting bids. Solicitation will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only twenty-five (25) sets of specifications and drawings will be available. All requests for solicitation must be in writing. Fax requests will be accepted at 706-731-7172. Solicitation will be available on or about July 27, 2001.
