Description

Repair Barracks 3100 at Fort Lee, Virginia. The project includes the replacement of all interior doors and wall floor and ceiling finishes; construction of 2 closets per room; conversion of the commons space between clusters on each floor into laundry rooms; total renovation of the service module and latrine; power washing and painting of the building exterior; structural repairs incidental to roof, floor and/or wall penetrations; replacement of fan coil units and bathroom and laundry room exhaust systems; installation of HVAC equipment on the roof of service module; balancing of the complete HVAC system; replacement of domestic water piping, interior waste piping and vents in all rooms, commons and service module; replacement of all lights, switches, receptacles and associated wiring; removal of all floor tile and asbestos containing mastic from all building areas; and repairing, patching, overlaying, striping and lighting of an existing 220 space parking lot along B Avenue. Magnitude of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.. This is an UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Applicable SIC code is 1522, with a size standard of $27.5 million. The NAICS code is 23332.
