Description

The work consists of repairing Franks Creek Bridge. Work includes clearing and grubbing, replacing existing running planks, painting, repairing girder connections, removing and resetting fence line, and replacing pipe culverts. Project sites are located in Grant County, Prineville District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total contract price. Estimated start work is May 1, 2002 and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Estimated issue date is August 13, 2001.
