Description

Construct Combat Trails and Erosion Control at Training Area 8, Flight Landing Strip and Dam. Work includes top soil removal, roadway construction, construct open ditches and site drainage, install erosion control, install top soil, finish grading and turf establishment. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 234990, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million. This solicitation is Subject to Availability of Funds. Fort Campbell is using the Internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
