Description

This project includes but is not limited to the following: Replace one 12,000 MBH gas-fired steam heating boiler. A second 12,000 MBH gas-fired steam heating boiler may be replaced under a contract option exercised by the Government. Work will take place in the basement mechanical room. The premises will be occupied and normal operations of building tenants will continue during the work. Work to be performed at the Federal Building, Courthouse in Richland, WA. NAICS: 235110,. Estimated IFB: 7/31/01. Estimated Range: $250,000 to $500,000.
