Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command is introducing new business re-engineering efforts to streamline the acquisition of supplies for the Navy. The NAVSUP One Touch E-Portal uses the Internet to allow our worldwide customers to purchase supplies. One of the primary goals of the NAVSUP E-Portal is to provide the end user with a single point of entry for comparison of sources of supplies and for the purchasing of these supplies on-line. Use of the E-portal will decrease logistics response times and allow our customers to purchase supplies directly from the supplier, 24-hours a day, seven-days a week. The Naval Supply Systems Command has seven Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers (FISCs) located in Norfolk, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington D.C.; San Diego, CA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Puget Sound, WA; and Jacksonville, Fl. We are searching for small businesses that can provide nationwide service to all of the locations listed above.
