Description

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), intends to purchase plates of MyArray DNA purified PCR products of Drosophila clone sets, catalog number MAD1400, manufactured by Research Genetics. Only the Research Genetics Brand product will be accepted. This requirement is to be considered as a standing order. The product will be delivered in shipments of forty eight (48) each, for a period of ten (10) weeks. Each plate must consist of 96 clones with Chloramphenical, and Ampicillin-resistant, Resin-based purification of a 100ul volume PCR reaction and electronic files of gel pictures. This product must include the following: order #RG10 plates 29.30; order #RG11 plates 31.32; order #RG12, plates 33.34; order #13, plates 35.36; order #RG14, plates 37.38; order #RG15, plates 39.40; order #RG16, plates 41.42; order #RG17, plates 43.44; order #RG18, plates 45.46; order #RG19, plats 47.48; order #RG20, plates 49.50; order #RG21, plates 51.52; order #RG22,plates 53.54; order #RG23, plates 55.56; order #RG24, plates 57.58; order #RG25, plates 59.60; order #RG26, plates 61.62; order #RG27, plates 63.64, order #RG28, plates 65.66; order #RG29, plates 67.68; order RG30, plates 69.70; order RG31, plates 71.72; order #RG32, plates 73.74 and order #RG33, plates 75.10. Responses to this notice must submit clear and convincing documentation indicating that the items proposed are the brand name items required. This requirement is under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number 325414, size standard 500 employees. There are no set aside restrictions for this requirement. Proposals are due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or July 20, 2001, whichever is later at 3:30 P.M.., eastern time. Proposals must include an itemized price, delivery time, prompt payment discount terms, NAICS code, Business size, DUNS number, literature and detailed specifications describing the product offered. Proposals will be evaluated on conformance to the government's specifications, quality, price and delivery time. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which if timely received shall be considered by the agency.
