Description

This is an amendment to the original solicitation RFP 10N3-193-01 for Radiation Oncology Practice dated June 28, 2001. The Veterans Affairs Medical Center Bronx, New York is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified vendors to provide Radiation Oncology Services. At the Bronx facility for veterans of Bronx VAMC. Vendor will use the Radiation Oncology Suite at the Bronx VAMC, which includes equipments, supplies and office space. The intended term will be for one- year base period with four (4) additional one (1) year extension. Options not to exceed a total of five years.
