Description

2nd Noitce -- The Installation Business Office Contracting , Fort Bragg, NC is soliciting proposals for an OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Study to Provide Training Management and Support Services for the Readiness Business Center (Training Division) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, which includes compliance with Army Regulation (AR) 5-9, Inter-Service Support Agreements (IOSA), and designated Reserve Component units, as well as transition from in-house to Contractor operation. Major functional areas include Range Operations, Airfield Operations, and Training Support. The performance period includes a base year and four one-year option periods with a three month phase-in immediately prior to the base year. The projected date of issuance of solicitation, DAKF40-01-R-0029, is 21 Aug 01, with receipt of offers due 5 October 2001; however, the issue date and date receipt of offers are estimated. (Note: The Solicitation number for the potential Sources Sought Synopsis originally used for subject solicitation was DAKF40-01-R-0017, however, that solicitation number was cancelled and is replaced with DAKF40-01-R-0029.) Actual date and time for receipt of offers will be specified in the solicitation. The anticipated contract type is Cost Plus Award Fee. The solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 (Standard Industrial Classification code is 8744). For the purpose of determining small business status for this procurement, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $20 Million. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
