Solicitation ARCO-NAT-236-01-147-AN (RFP) LANDLORD -TENANT Legal services for the five boroughs of New York City, Counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putman, Nassau, and Suffolk. Attorneys are to be licensed by the Bar Association of the State of New York. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the MFPD Service Center in Atlanta. This base period of this Solicitation will expire July 2, 2002 and then there are five (5) one year optional renewals. Arco Management of Washington, DC currently has five properties in the City of New York that may be covered by this solicitation . This IFB is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
