Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue an Invitation For Bids (IFB) to renovate and expand existing shop/office building with associated site work and utilities at the Key Deer National Wildlife Refuge, Monroe County, Florida in accordance with FWS specifications and drawings. The proposed contract is not a small business set-a-side in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 23332. The Size standard is $27.5 million. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative IFB (401811B018) issued date is 8/13/01, with a closing date of 9/13/01.
