Description

Repair Sanitary Sewer, South End, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project is replacement and/or the rehabilitation of existing sewer mains and laterals on the southern end of Offutt AFB. The work involves the rehabilitation of the failed sewer main, repair of structural problems, pipe bursting, and the lining of the sewer service lines. The work also includes retrofitting manholes and the installation of cleanouts at the building exteriors. Restoration work includes street, driveway and sidewalk replacement, miscellaneous landscaping and fine grading with sod replacement. The estimated period of performance is approximately 180 days. The project number is SGBP 02-6006. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234910. The SBA Size Standard is $27.5 million dollars. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project will be solicited full and open competition. The solicitation issue date is on/about 26 July 2001.
