Description

This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and therefore, a formal solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Quotes are solicited with this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following: 1 ea. Switcher, Ultra-Wideband, manufactured by Autopatch; c/o: 4YDM 32X20 Ultra Wideband (220MHZ) RGBHV Video Plus Mono Audio Matrix w/Local X/Y Control Panel Expandable to 32X32 w/ Additional Output Boards (4YDM.3220.V5A1.UWB), 1ea 3RU Enclosure, Control Panel, Small Buffered Power supply (1201968), 24 ea Ultra Wideband Video Input Boards (1200803), 15 ea Ultra Wideband Video Boards 32 (1200752), 2 ea 3RU Enclosure, Blank Panel, Small Buffered Power Supply (1202009), 3 ea 3RU Blank Front Panel, Standard Power Supply (1201956), 16 ea Standard Video Input Boards (1202124), 10 ea Standard Video Output Boards, 32 (1209611), 8 ea Audio Input Boards (1200675) and 5 ea Audio Output Boards, 32 (1200699). Deliver FOB destination to FORT BELVIOR, VA, 22060-5000. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The brand name and part number are provided for reference only. Offerors proposing to provide other than the requested items shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered items to meet the requirements stated above and in the specifications. The applicable NAICS code is 334310. However, all proposals received at the time established for the receipt of proposals will be considered by the Government. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 13 JULY, 2001, 4:00 PM PDT.
