Description

UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for towel blanks. The period of performance shall be for two (2) years. Specifications shall be as followed: Line Item 0001 -- FAB0478, towel cotton, champagne beige, Weight: 13.5 oz., 50"x27" (+/- 2" Length, +/- 1" Width), in accordance with UNICOR spec TLPD-T-001A, Unit of Measure: EA. Line Item 0002 -- FAB8680, towel cotton, cotton, white, Weight: 13.5 oz., 50"x27" (+/- 2"Length, +/- 1" Width), in accordance with UNICOR spec TLP-T-001A, Unit of Measure: Ea. The delivery order minimum is: 10,000 Each, The delivery order maximum is 20,000 Each. Delivery is required 45 days after receipt of each delivery order. Delivery is FOB Destination at USP Terre Haute, IN. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: price, past performance, and specifications. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about July 16, 2001.
