Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) maintains a number of wild horse and burro centers throughout the western United States. In an effort to standardize the ordering of alfalfa hay, we anticipate that we will write several agreements with responsible and responsive contractors, who can provide indefinite quantities of hay on an as needed basis. The agreements will be written for a base year plus 4 option years. If you are interested, please send, by telefax, your company name, address, telephone number, and a point of contact. After receipt of interested parties, solicitation packages will be sent. We anticipate tha the agreements will be in place before the end of the fiscal year, September 30, 2001.
