Description

Non-personal professional, technical and management support services for Acquisition Reform (AR) and related technical and management issues for the period beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, including four one-year option periods ending 30 September 2006. The contractor shall (1) provide support for addressing DOD/DON/SSP acquisition reform policy, (2) provide training and training support for workshops to include acquisition reform, Franklin Covey Workshops, and SSP?s Principle Awareness Training, and (3) provide Flight Test Instrumentation Support. An option to provide SSGN Program Support is included. These services are in support of operations managed by the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) office, a Direct Reporting Program Manager (DRPM) in the Department of the Navy. Copies of RFP N00030-02-R-0036, which is a total small business set-aside, will be issued on or about 6 August 2001 with proposals due approximately 30 days thereafter. All inquiries shall cite RFP N00030-02-R-0036 and must be requested in writing to the point of contact. Telephone requests will not be honored.
