Description

CHARLIE TANK GROUP AREA, USDA Forest Service, Region 3 Western Zone Contracting & Property, Kaibab National Forest. This project consists of the construction of a group camping area adjacent to the existing Ten-X Campground. Included is clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, crushed aggregate base course, supplying and installing concrete picnic and serving tables, concrete benches, concrete fire rings, metal cooking grills and lantern holders, two double vault toilets, concrete slabs, waterlines and hydrants, and concrete sidewalks. This project includes three additive items: asphalt concrete paving, a 50' wooden ramada with metal roof, and a 35' wooden ramada with metal roof. The project is located on the Kaibab National Forest approximately 52 miles north of Williams, Arizona. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. A Bid Guarantee is required. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
