Description

Work to be performed will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remodel the warehouse storage wing of approximately 2500 square feet into individual offices; drywall existing ceilings and perimeter walls in the 2100 square foot laboratory surge wing; and refinish and paint existing fiber cement board wall sin the administration wing lobby. Work consists of wood framed accoustical drywall partitioning, steel door frames with glass transom and wood doors, corridor lighting, electrical power and data cabling, hot water radiate heat, painting, window dressings, and wall base. Project completion time is estimated to be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. A pre-solicitation notice is being issued concurrently with this synopsis. Bid documents will be available on or about July 20, 2001 at the DOC/NOAA/WASC, address listed above. No telephone requests for bid documents, please only written requests directly from the requestor will be accepted. This is a 100% small business set-aside action. =20
