- Provide materials and services necessary to Rebuild Station Phase 1 -- Waterfront at the U. S. Coast Guard Station Port Huron, Port Huron, Michigan. The work includes, but is not limited to, limited demolition of existing waterfront structures, construction of new steel sheetpile doublewalled and cellular breakwater structure with soil fill and concrete cap, construction of wood pile dolphin cluster, installation of armor stone and shoreline erosion control rip-rap, installation of floating dock system including fixed pile supported landing, gangway and floating piers with guidepiles, installation of area lighting, and boat basin dredging. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 09-X2193 and Drawing No. 0000-D, Sheets 1 through 10. All work shall be completed within 335 calendar days after Award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. (Status as a qualified HUBZone small business concern is determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SBA will issue a certification to that affect in accordance with 13 CFR part 126) Offers that are not from qualified HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered and shall be rejected.
