Description

Furnish an estimated 10,000 tons Road Maintenance Stone; 5,000 tons Rip Rap Rock; 25,000 tons Glauconite; 5,000 tons Crushed Stone; 5,000 tons Crushed Rip Rap Rock and 5,000 tons Plainstone to various locations on Fort Polk, LA, on a requirements basis during the period of one year. There will be two option years that the Government may exercise. Delivery of ordered item(s) shall commence within 5 days of receipt of order. Minimum of 4 trucks dedicated to delivery are required. Deliver of 300 tons minimum commencing at 6:00 AM each work day. See Note 1. Small business size is defined as no more than 500 employees. Telephonic requests for solicitation will not be accepted. Requests for this solicitation may be requested via fax at 337 531-2199 or email. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
