Description

This solicitation requests proposals from vendors wishing to post price lists to the Dod EMALL Internet website, www.emall.dla.mil. Vendors will post item description, price, delivery and other terms. Customers will order directly from vendors using EDI or e-mail. We seek items in the categories listed at www.supply.dla.mil, in the Customer Handbook, under Federal Supply Class Assignments. The solicitation is available at www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/emall/. Hard copies are available upon request. This unrestricted solicitation is open for one year. The procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government, not to exceed ten years. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers. The final award decision will include price and past performance as evaluation factors. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received may be considered by the Agency. Proposals not expected to generate at least $150,000 in DoD EMALL sales during the ten-year life of the contract, may be rejected.
