Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency, National Vehicle and Fuels Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL) in Ann Arbor, Michigan has a requirement for a Heavy Duty Diesel Exhaust Analytical Test System. Offerors proposals shall address its technical approach and past performance. The Government's evaluation of proposals will be done on a best value basis considering the offeror's technical proposal and price. It is anticipated that any resultant solicitation will result in award of a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be processed under full and open competition procedures. The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, "Commercial Items." All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
