The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to award a best value, IDIQ contract for commercial cellular telephone equipment and services. The period of performance is anticapated to be 1 year with 4 option years. The primary place of performance will be the Carderock Division, NSWC headquarters in Bethesda, MD. and NAVSESS Philidelphia, PA. The Navy has decided to solicit competitive proposals on and unrestricted basis. Both small and large business may participate.
