Description

Project consists of construction of a 5,000 square foot, wood framed, two-story Operations Building, and a 1,600 square foot single story warehouse. The work includes minor site grading, utility connections, hardscaping, ornamental fencing, two fabricated metal shading structures, landscaping and a portland cement concrete paved light aircraft parking area. Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licences and permits required for the work described. Specifications will be available on or about August 3, 2001. Arrangements are being made for a local print shop to provide the plans and drawings; offerors will be responsible for payment and shipping with the print shop. For the specifications a check or money for $25.00, made out to USDA -- Forest Service along with your company name, address, telephone and fax number, with the solicitation number. Cost range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
