Description

The work of this project consists of the demolition of an existing Library space and construction of a conference room and three other rooms. The new renovated space will be approximately 1600 square feet in size and includes a acoustical ceiling, gypsum wallboard walls, carpeting, miscellaneous rough and finish carpentry, and mechanical and electrical work. Demolition work will include asbestos and lead abatement. The estimated cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Prospecive bidders, subcontractors, and plan rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive this solicitation.
