Description

Item 0001: RENOVATE BLDG 112. The work to be done consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with this Statement of Work forming parts thereof for renovation of Building 112 at Anniston Army Depot. The project consists of demolition of some offices and a break room constructed inside Building 112, removal of some asbestos floor tile, prep of old concrete floor for painting with urethane coating, installation of some vinyl floor tile, installation of ventilation fans, construction of an office with suspended ceiling, lighting, and air conditioning, construction of an air conditioned work area with suspended ceiling and lighting, lowering of sprinkler heads through suspended ceiling in new office and work area, and installation of 10' x 10' roll-up doors in new work area. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This is an Unrestricted procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 233310, standard size $27.5million. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
