Description

This project consists of the demolition and removal of five toilet buildings and the construction of five new concrete unit restroom buildings including connection to all appropriate utilities. The project is located within the Sandbeach Campground of the Sand Lake Recreational Area on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Tillamook County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A bid guarantee is required. The successful contractor shall also be required to submit payment and performance bonds prior to start of work. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 30, 2001. This solicitation is a Total HUB-Zone set-aside.
