Description

The National Park Service, St. Croix National Scenic Riverway intends to acquire services for the replacement of the water system at Osceola Landing located in Chisago County Minnesota. Work consists of approximately 3,950 lineal feet of waterline varying from 2-inch to 3/4-inch diameter, drinking fountains, valves, approximately 120 lineal feet of jacking/boring, bituminous concrete pavement patching, concrete sidewalks, miscellaneous plumbing in wellhouse and restroom, and removal/abandonment of existing water system components. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for the completion of the project. Government price range for this project is between $25,000 -- $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or around July 25, 2001, with proposals due no later than August 27, 2001 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
