- Project is located on the Winona District of the Ouachita National Forest in Perry County, AR. Work consists of reconstruction of 4.37 miles of Forest Service road including excavation, furnish and spread crushed aggregate, furnish and installation of 18", 24", 30" PCCSP, .064" thickness, and seeding. Project is open to both large and small business concerns. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
