Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a current FY requirement for a Stabilized Two Axis Rate Table. This system shall be used to perform a multitude of tests on various optical, laser and infrared sensors. The system consists of a basic rate table/controller with additional user interface/software, payload adapters and mounting plates all separately priced. Requirement includes development, delivery, and installation of the system a well as operator training (installation and training shall be separately priced). The system will be FOB Destination. A FFP contract is contemplated based on best value criteria. The solicitation will be issued on a competitive basis on or about 24 July 2001 and close on or about 24 Aug 2001.
