Description

The U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command plans to negotiate with Quality Research Incorporated on a sole source basis for effort entitled, "Software Engineering Services for Independent Verification, Validation and Accreditation for the Testbed Product Office (TPO)." It is planned to modify contract DASG60-98-C-0069 by adding a three-year option CLIN, to be exercised in increments. Modification will provide for the development and implementation of a structured process to confirm the product verification activities of the prime contractors, perform independent validation of product specifications, establish and maintain a detailed documentation library, and assist in providing IV&V data to modeling and simulation accrediting officials.
