The appropriate NAICS code for this project is 223320 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. This solicitation will be issued on or about 17 August 2001, with responses due on 17 September 2001.
