Description

17. Replace Boiler at Building 6627. Disconnect existing oil lines, electrical wiring and conduit, domestic water, supply and steam return piping, vent lines, drain lines, etc. from existing boiler. Remove existing Ajax Hot Water Boiler. Install new Kewanee Hot Water Boiler, factory packaged, firebox type, model FB194W-B464 or an approved equal and reconnect all utilities complete. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 235110, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million. This solicitation is Subject to Availability of Funds. Fort Campbell is using the Internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
