Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The work will consist of the following: Miscellaneous pavement repair and preparation for paving, AC pavement, 2 inch thick, 6630 square yards, AC pavement crack sealing, 6000 lineal feet; and Pavement markings. The work will also potentially include optional items as follows: Pre-engineered metal group shelter, 1600 square feet, AC pavement, 2 inch thick, 6500 square yards, Pavement markings, centerline and parking stalls, Speed bumps, 2 each, Bollards, 4 each, Top soil, 260 square yards, and Dryland grass seeding. The estimated cost range for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $27,500,000. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered.
