Description

This requirement is in support of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; the work includes removing deteriorated metal panels, doors and jambs. Replace metal panels with brick, replace doors and jambs. Prepare and paint interior and replace damaged bathroom doors, jambs and hardware and incidental related work. Lead paint removal is anticipated. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the NAICS Code is 233320 (SIC 1542) the size standard is $27.5 M. The estimated cost range is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Plans and Specs will be available on or about 31 July 2001. Bid Opening Date will be on or about 30 August 2001.
