- Description
- The U.S. Army Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) intends to procure power inverter P/O AN/TTC-39, NSN 6130-01-472-6644, 5 each with 100% option, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. A noncompetitive negotiation is proposed with Control Technology Inc., Oklahoma, OK, because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other then the current source. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
