Sole Source -This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures with Javelina Software, LLC, 572 Center Drive, Serena Park, Maryland, 21146 for the purchase of Javelina Migration Toolbox for VINES, Item Number: MT100 quantity of 4760 each. Javelina Software, LLC is the manufacturer and the only known source for this software. This sole source acquisition is being issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2) and is advertised to meet the requirements of FAR 5.2.This notice may represent the only official notice. Closing date for receipt of written responses is ten (10) calendar days after publication of this notice. This is a simplified acquisition, responses and questions concerning this acquisition may be directed to Daisy Matthews at: dmatthews@usaid.gov or Sharon Zavestoski at: szavestoski@usaid.gov.
