Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following items from Wind River Systems Inc., 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501 on an other than full and open competition basis: 1 each -- Tornado Professional for Windows NT/2000, P/N 170-12710; 1 each -- Tornado Professional annual support and maintenance, P/N 130-14294; 1 each -- Tornado Power Professional for Windows NT/2000, P/N 170-12709; 1 each -- Tornado Power Professional annual support and maintenance, P/N 130-12838; 1 each -- SlickEdit: Windows/All, P/N 100-10848; 1 each -- VxWorks OEM license: Motorola MPC82xx, P/N 170-12926; 1 each -- VxWorks OEM license annual support and maintenance, P/N 130-12842; 1 each -- BSP Porting Kit value option, P/N 170-17880; 1 each -- BSP Porting Kit value option annual support and maintenance, P/N 130-16672. The sole source is based on compatibility with existing Wind River software and proprietary rights of software. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above service, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 18 July 01, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
