- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Model Technology Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, 1 ModelSim EE/VHDL floating license upgrade, 15 months maintenance for ModelSim SE/VHDL, 1 ModelSim PE/VHDL NodeLock Upgrade, 15 months initial maintenance for ModelSim SE/VHDL, 1 year maintenance renewal for ModelSim PE/VHDL NodeLock, and 1 year maintenance renewal for ModelSim SE/VHDL NodeLock. Sole source is based on software being proprietary to Model Technology, Inc. See note(s) 22.
