Description

1. Remove existing gymnasium playing surface (floor) as to expose sub-floor (cement). 2. MAKE REPAIR TO HIGH SPOT IN CENTER OF GYMNASIUM CEMENT SUB-FLOOR, PLANE, GRIND, SHOT BLAST, PRIME AND POUR WITH ARDEX K-15 SELF-LEVELING COMPOUND, OR EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN STATED. 3. Provide urethane flooring system as needed for a complete and proper installation including repair. 4. The urethane flooring system shall include a poured-in-place, full depth, seamless system in which the topping component consists of urethane synthetic compounds and shall be continuously bonded to the substrate and produce a thin, monolithic wearing surface. 5. Layout and paint all game lines and other required markings according to approved layouy. 6.Complete bid books may be obtained by contacting Mr. Tim Hess at 412-441-8699. 7.A pre-bid meeting and walk-thru inspection will be conducted on Wednesday July 18th. 2001 at 1:00PM, the project can be viewed and questions will be answered at that time. 8. Proposals must be furnished to this office no later than Monday, August 13th. 2001 at 1:00PM.
