Description

This requirement is for MK 141 Mod Diversionary Charge in accordance with Automated Data List (ADL) 53711-6570654 Revision B and associated drawings, 12255-OES-0015, Revision A, Prime Item Product Function Specification, Quality Assurance Provision (QAP-C-01) and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provision 402-003 to be provided with the solicitation package. The Government requires a quantity of 69 each First Articles and 20,000 each (minimum) and 300,000 each (maximum) of Mk 141 Mod 0 Diversionary Charges over a 3 year ordering period. If First Articles are procured, the First Article quantity is due 180 days after contract award. The production quantity is due 240 days after contract award at a quantity of 4,000 units each month. If First Articles are not procured, the delivery is due within 120 days after award at a quantity of 4,000 units each month. The Government will provide M19A1 Ammunition Boxes and Wirebound boxes with spacers (GFM) as required. A safety survey will be required prior to award of the contract to ensure contractors comply with the requirements of DFAR 252.223-7002 and 252.223-7003. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. This acquisition will not be restricted. All sources will be considered. Inspection and acceptance shall be at source. Delivery is required F.O.B. Origin. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering past performance and price related factors.
