Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm-fixed-price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0344 to Kaman Aerospace Corporation (KAC), Bloomfield, CT to modify the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) SH-2G(E) K884087-303 Generator and to prepare an Engineering Change Proposal/Technical Directive/Rapid Action Minor Engineering Change (ECP/TD/RAMEC) to improve the Cockpit Floor Decking Fasteners on the EAF SH-2G(E) Helicopter. KAC is the original equipment manufacturer of the USN SH-2G aircraft and the EAF SH-2G(E) aircraft. As such, they are the only known source with the requisite knowledge and personnel to accomplish these tasks. See Note 22.
