Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Radcal Corporation for the following equipment: Part No. 1015FBH Radiation Monitor with Converter, 6m cable and OPT F,B, II, Part No. 1015FBH Radiation Monitor with Converter, 6m cable and OPT F,D,II, part No. 4082WMO 4082 non-invasive kV w/Display Readout 40 x 5 ?MO Mammography kV Sensor, 22-40 kV- 40 x 5-W Diagnostic Wide Range kV Sensor, 40-160 kV 20v81 Carry Case (for the 4081 or 4082 and two sensors). All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this requirement. Evaluation/Award will be based on the acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The award will be made on a sole basis because this equipment was designed specifically for FDA and any change in the equipment would involve substantial changes in procedures and expense to the FDA.
